Daily Exercise – Breathing in God with every breath you breathe

Place your hands in front of your face, as you are in prayer.

Open up your hands and look at all eight fingers and two thumbs.  Do you see how each finger is different from each other? Each finger and thumb is spaced apart from each other and each has joints, lines and grooves.  Notice how the left hand is symmetrically the same as the right hand. Hold up your hands up to your face as in prayer.  Open your hands.

Take in a deep breath through your nose and hold it for three seconds.  Exhale through your mouth into your hands for six seconds. Ready? Do it again. And do it again.

Can you do it with your eyes closed? Take in a deep breath through your nose and hold it for three seconds.  Exhale through your mouth into your hands for six seconds.  Do it again.  Again.

What did you feel?

What did you see?

How important are your hands?

How important is breathing?

Physically – Breathing in air, oxygen mixed with various gases passes through your nose into your lungs, into the blood, to the arteries and veins, to various parts of the body,  providing oxygen needed to keep billions of cells alive, in order for the physical parts of the body such as the brain, eyes, ears, nose, mouth, tongue, heart, lungs, pancreas, kidneys, hands, fingers, feet, toes, every single part of the human body alive and functioning, as one beautiful, wonderful , fantastic, and the greatest marvel of creation in the entire earth.

Spiritually– Breathing in God with every breath, you are made spiritually alive. In the Spirit of God, connected to Jesus Christ, you can come boldly to the throne of God. With every breath exhaled you can thank God the Creator, for providing the perfect sacrifice of His Son Jesus Christ who died for the sins of the world, for adopting you to be His child. With every breath exhaled you can thank God for the inheritance of living with Jesus Christ your Lord and Savior through all eternity. Remember, when you love God and others, you are His disciple fulfilling the law of God, which is the law of love.

Just as the left hand is symmetrically the same as the right hand, everything we experience physically through our senses, we can experience spiritually with the indwelling Spirit of God.

The central theme found throughout the Bible, the Word of God, is LOVE! God is LOVE!  The everlasting gospel we need to share with the world is the gospel Jesus Christ taught His disciples.

John 3:16, 17; For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.  For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

Matthew 24:14; And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.

Matthew 18:20; In this circle, we are one, brothers and sisters in Christ. Connected in His love, we are made one with Christ as Christ is one with God the Father.

In the Spirit of God, Christ abides with others in His circle of love.

What must I do to be a child of God?

What must I do to be made one with God the Father?

What must I do to spend eternity with Jesus Christ?

You must believe!

You are a child of God because of what Jesus Christ, the Son of God, God the father and Holy Spirit accomplished in the “Plan of Salvation.”

How does one believe?

How did you come into this world? Did you have a choice? Did you have a choice of who your parents would be? Did you have a choice of the gender, race or the nationality you would be?

How do you know how you came into this world? How do you know you were born on your birth date? How do you know who your parents are/were? How do you know who your grandparents are/were? How do you know who your brothers and sisters are/were?

You did not know or could not understand at the very moment you were born about anything. Because over a time of many years, you trusted and had faith in those whom you came to love, whatever you were told or experienced in your life, you believed to be the truth.

Through the “Plan of Salvation” because of the love of God – the Father, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit, over a time of many years, you are able to comprehend and understand how much you are loved. Because you understand and believe God- the Father, Son Jesus and Holy Spirit love you so very much, you come to trust and by faith believe in what they said to be the truth.

Romans 10:17; So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

Romans 1:16; For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

*Does it matter what one believes?

How do you know for certain, positively, it is the truth?

*Study, examine, ask, seek, and know the truth.

II Timothy 2:15; Study (Lit. be diligent) to (present) shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

John 14:6; Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

John 8:32; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
