Spring is the season of new beginnings—fresh buds, gentle rains, and the promise of life starting anew. But summer is where growth continues, roots go deeper, and fruit begins to form.
In our spiritual lives, summer can be a time to nurture what God has begun in us. It’s a season for tending, watering, and leaning into the sunshine of His presence so that our faith doesn’t just sprout—but flourishes. God’s compassion never runs out. This lesson helps us reflect on how His daily mercies give us strength to move forward and start anew—no matter what yesterday held.
“Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.” – Lamentations 3:22-23
As we step into June, we’re reminded: God’s mercies are new each day—and with them comes the grace for fresh beginnings. Whatever last month held, today is a new opportunity to trust Him, release the past, and embrace what He’s doing next.
