“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.” — Romans 12:2
Our #SoulfulSunday leads us into the start of a new week—and a new season (#HelloSpring)—is the perfect time to check in with our thoughts. Are they rooted in truth, or shaped by the noise of the world? Romans 12:2 invites us to renew our minds—to allow God to transform the way we think so we can better understand and follow His will.
Renewing your mind isn’t a one-time thing. It’s a daily choice to let God’s Word reshape your thoughts, strengthen your faith, and guide your actions. When we fill our minds with His truth, we’re no longer driven by fear, comparison, or pressure. Instead, we walk in clarity, confidence, and peace.
Reflection for prayer journaling:
- What thoughts or mindsets do you need to surrender to God today?
- How can you invite God to renew your thinking this week?
🙏 Prayer of the Day:
“Lord, I give You my thoughts. Help me not to conform to the patterns of this world but to be transformed by Your truth. Renew my mind today so that I may walk in Your perfect will.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.”
