You and I were created with the body of flesh and with the indwelling of the Holy Spirit within our minds.

The very moment a new born baby comes into this world, this child begins to die. It is only a question of when? But why must this child die?

Should we put the blame on Adam? Or should we blame Eve? How about Satan, the devil? How about God? How about you and me?

The only death we know about is the death of the physical body. You and I were created with the body of flesh and with the indwelling of the Holy Spirit within our minds. The Spirit of God lives forever. After the physical body dies the Spirit of God returns to God the Father.

Genesis 2:8, 9; And the Lord planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put man whom he had formed. And out of the ground made the Lord God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil.

Genesis 2:15-17; And the Lord God took (Adam) the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to (tend or cultivate) dress it and to keep it. And the Lord God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou (Lit. dying you shall die) shalt surely die.

Job 33:4; The spirit of God hath made me, and the breath of the Almighty hath given me life.

Genesis 3:1-5; Now the serpent was more (cunning) subtil than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?  And the woman said, unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden: But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die. And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die.For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as (God) gods, knowing good and evil.

Genesis 2:6, 7; And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was (Lit. a desirable thing) pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave unto her husband with her; and he did eat. And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves (girding coverings) aprons.

Romans 3:23; For all have sinned, and (fall) come short of the glory of God.

From the word of God, we all have sinned. Because we do not believe in God, we disobey, exactly the same way that Adam sinned. We find sin to be unbelief and the cure to sin is to believe by faith in what God desires for His children. If we could understand how we sin, we might know how not to sin.

Choice to do Good or Evil!

How is it that one can do good?

And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and (fill) replenish the earth, and subdue it.

God created man to be righteous and holy. God created man to love God with all his heart, mind and strength and to love others. Adam was created with a mind with the indwelling of the Spirit of God.   Adam living with a mind led by the Holy Spirit could only do good and to love as God loved him.

And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.

In him was life; and the life was the light of men. That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world.

How is it that one can do evil?

Physically, the mind of flesh is without light. It has been created as the earth was first created by God, without form and void; And darkness was upon the face of the deep. Without the true Light, without the Spirit of God, man with his physical mind in total darkness, cannot discern spiritual things and will sin.

How did you come into this world?

Did you have a choice about how you came into this world? Did you have a choice about your sex gender? Did you have a choice as to who would be your parents? Did you have a choice about your nationality, race, or color? What did you do? Did you do anything?

Do we have a choice?

If God created you in His image, in His likeness, you were created to do that which is righteous and holy. The only thing a person can do is to reject what God has already planned, ordained and predestined for mankind. By not remaining in the mind of the Spirit of God, one exists in his flesh mind, in darkness one will continue to have evil thoughts and by his actions will continue to sin.

Deceived by Satan

Many Christians believe they must have a choice, for without the power to choose, there could not be a fair, just and loving God. Satan has been deceiving mankind for thousands of years. Just as Satan deceived Eve in the Garden of Eden, many are being deceived today with the same lie. Satan, the devil wants mankind to believe by remaining in the flesh nature, your eyes will be opened, and you will be as God, knowing good and evil. We are deceived when in the flesh, our physical appetites, lust of the eyes and flesh are being satisfied and we think this is all there is, this is it. By rejecting the Holy Spirit, by existing in the mind of flesh one loses any and all concept of what God created mankind to be.

Why do man, whom God created have a desire to be as God, when they have already been created in the image of God, in His likeness and with His Spirit? By not remaining in the spiritual Light, they do not understand or realize, they choose to exist in the mind of flesh and in darkness they will sin.

Satan wants you to choose. Satan wants you to have a choice. But Satan does not tell you the truth. The only choice you have is in rejecting what God has already created you to be. You are a child of God. You have an inheritance, to live eternally with God, the Father, His Son Jesus and Holy Spirit. What more could God, the Father, His Son Jesus and the Holy Spirit do for you? Remember, Satan is the deceiver!

How is man saved after committing sin?

In the New Testament, the New Covenant and New Will, we find a Savior in Jesus Christ, the Son of God.  Jesus is placed on the cross to die for the sins of the world. One thief accepts what Jesus is doing for him and in humbleness only found in a repentant sinner, he asks Jesus, “Master and Lord, remember me when you shall come into your kingdom.” He believes Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God and by faith will be raised up spiritually alive when Jesus comes again. Because the other thief rejects Jesus dying for his sins and does not believe Jesus is the Son of God, he will not be raised up when Jesus comes into His kingdom.

Romans 1:17; For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.

The gospel of Christ is the power of God unto salvation to everyone who believes. The message was first given unto the Jews who rejected the Son of God and then given unto the Gentiles.

Romans 10:9-13; That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be (put to shame) ashamed. For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Ephesians 4:24; And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.

Romans 6:4; Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like (just) like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

Romans 7:6; But now we are delivered from the law, (having died to what we were held by) that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter.

Romans 12:2; And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

If we are dying within the physical body of flesh, why not live in the Spirit of God and be one with God the Father and His Son Jesus Christ! Today! Now!

This is the will of God. This is exactly what was ordained, predestined before the world was created, for Adam to remain alive, living in the Spirit of God.  Adam could only love God with all of his heart, mind and strength and others while living in the Spirit of God, as one with God the Father and His Son Jesus.

Mankind has continued to search throughout the ages for utopia, a place where there is pure love, peace, and joy. It is not found here on this earth nor in the heavens. It is found only in the love of God.

God so very much loved, you and me, He sent His Son Jesus in the flesh to die the physical death. Jesus was tempted but never did sin, thereby fulfilled the demands of the law. We do not have to die for our sins. We are flesh but we do not have to continue to live any longer in darkness.  We are the children of God and we should live in the Light which lighted up every man coming into this world. The Holy Spirit connect us to Jesus Christ and His Father, in whom there is no darkness, there is no sin.

Philippians 2:5-8; Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was (emptied himself of his privileges) made in the likeness of men: And being found in (appearance) fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.

2 Corinthians 13:5; Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, (unless you don’t stand the test) except ye be reprobates.

Matthew 11:25-30; At that time Jesus answered and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes, Even so, Father: for so it seemed good in thy sight. All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, (except) save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal him. Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn (from) of me; for I am (gentle and humble) meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
